Jeremy, now that youve gotten your drivers lisence....how do your parents feel about you driving? What do you mainly do when you decide to just go somewhere?

My parents, like all parents when you get your license, are kind of strict, but I do get to go to my friends house a lot.

I'm going to meet with some directors on projects. I'm looking for a really great project. Hopefully a film, but I am looking at a television series or two.

I'm also waiting to see when Sasquatch will be released. I'm sure I'll do some promotion for that.

I didn't really do anything for my birthday, I saw a few friends but basically hung out with my family. I got an Xbox360, some games, dvds and cds.

Hey Kate, I liked Oregon, it reminded me a lot of Kentucky and being there was great. I had a lot of fun on the film and recently saw Justin and Joey last week at a screening of the movie.

It was a good feeling, the same feeling I have when I get any film. They seemed like a nice group of people to work with.

Yes, I'm still working on my Iraqi script. I want to be a director so I'm reading a lot of books on directing.

Does it bother you that since you started acting, way back when you were a little boy, the people around you have all become critics? I mean, whether they have compliments to give or insults they all, your fans, family, friends, people you have never met, they are all critics. How do you cope with that?
Jeremy Sumpter
I don't pay attention to the reviews I get. Critics are critics and you are always going to have people that like you and don't like you. Although I when I do hear good buzz about my acting, it is a good thing.

What are you doing to prepare for your new movie coming out?

I'm just waiting for it to come out, then I'll probably do some interviews and promotion. Since there are still several studios interested in the movie, a release date hasn't been set. There's not much to do until they announce that.

There was a lot of teasing on set since it was very laid back. You don't really come across a film set like that very often.

I think most people would say my personality is very outgoing. It might be fun to be in the next Narnia since I'm friends with Anna Popplewell and I'd like to go back to New Zealand and Australia again.

Hi jeremy_sumpter, I am a fellow actress & I want to know how you deal with stage fright when you perform on stage, and if it's harder to act infront of camera than infront of a live audience?

It's harder to work in front of an audience because you don't know what kind of reaction you will get from them. When you are doing films, if you make a mistake you can do it over. On stage you have to be right the whole way through. I don't get stage freight for some reason.

Well I get recognized. There is less privacy. Sometimes thats good and sometimes it's not. Other than that, I'm still the same Jeremy and will always be.

Of course I do. If I didn't I wouldn't be acting. I have friends in and out of the business that I see and we go play basketball, go to the movies, just regular teen stuf.

My father used to skydive all the time when I was younger. I might like to try that. I'd also like to be in a car race.

The director is always important, but so is the script and the character. I've been lucky to work with some great directors. Bill Paxton taught me alot in "Frailty." Danny Glvoer was great. I enjoyed working with Spike Jonze. I can't say enough about PJ Hogan. I'd love to work with him again soon.

Find a good, honest agent or manager to guide you, and be very careful about what projects you choose.

I do not have MySpace and never will. I also won't have any of the other ones like Xanga, msn, etc. Everything I do is through this web site which is why it is the only official web site. Thanks to Kris and all my fans who have supported my career!
